Jonathan Ginsberg is a native of Atlanta who attended Morningside Elementary School, Epstein School and Northside High School. Ginsberg is an honors graduate of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. A history major, he wrote an honor’s thesis on the decline of the British Mandate in Palestine prior to World War II, and was awarded the University’s Montgomery History Prize.
After graduation, Ginsberg traveled throughout Europe and the Middle East before returning to begin Law School. Ginsberg remained in New Orleans and studied at the Tulane University Law School, before returning home to Atlanta to begin his legal career in 1986. Following graduation, he worked as an associate in the Atlanta law firm Repasky, Minin & Bates, handling injury liability accident and workers’ compensation injury cases. In 1987, Ginsberg founded Galler & Ginsberg, P.C., where he expanded his practice to include consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability.
In 1997, he formed Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., where he continues to practice in the areas of nursing home abuse and injury litigation, personal injury litigation, Social Security disability, auto accident negligence, worker’s compensation and bankruptcy. Ginsberg is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Atlanta Bar Association, the Consumer Bankruptcy Section of the State Bar, and a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives. He has lectured at several continuing education seminars and has written case notes for various publications. Jonathan’s wife, attorney Jodi Brenner Ginsberg, is also a member of the firm and practices in the areas of medical malpractice, nursing home injury litigation, workers’ compensation and Social Security disability.
Jodi Brenner Ginsberg is an honors graduate of Newcomb College of Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was selected by her peers to deliver her class graduation address.
After graduation from college, Ms. Ginsberg moved to Atlanta and enrolled in the Georgia State University College of Law. She was elected senior editor of the Georgia State Law Review. She served as a third year practice associate with the Fulton County District Attorney and as a clerk for the Court reporter for the Supreme Court of Georgia.
Following graduation, Ms. Ginsberg began her practice with a large Atlanta firm where her practice was concentrated in the area of workers’’ compensation and medical malpractice.
In 1994, Ms.Ginsberg formed her own firm, Ginsberg & Associates where she continued to practice in the area of workers’ compensation, auto accident injury litigation, Americans With Disabilities Act litigation, medical malpractice litigation and Social Security disability litigation.
In 1998, Ms Ginsberg joined Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C., where she continues her practice. Ms Ginsberg is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and has lectured at several seminars on worker’s compensation and Social Security disability. Jodi’s husband, Jonathan Ginsberg, is also a member of the firm and practices in the areas of consumer bankruptcy and Social Security disability.
